You have 30 calendar days to receive a store credit for any Kacey Welch Method Silk Weft from the date you received it. We do not offer refunds for any hair order that we process. To be eligible for a store credit, your Silk Weft must be unused, tagged, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. All support products are final sale.
Once we receive your Silk Weft(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a store credit to be used on a future order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Silk Wefts and will provide Leni (email@example.com) with your returns tracking information.
The Kacey Welch Method shipping hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10am-3pm. Any order placed after 3pm will go out with the following days orders. All orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped out on Monday.

Class refunds are available to any student who is unable to attend our class with a one week notice of cancellation. The student will receive a 90% refund to their original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
